 You need to sort out in your head who you want! You don't seem to have very strong feelings for your boyfriend so it might be better that you break things off with him. If you were crazy on him you wouldn't think twice about this other boy. Remember too, this other boy has a girlfriend. It might be that if you break off with your boyfriend then he'll break things off too, especially of he "cares about you a lot" like you say.
