It sounds like she's been hurt badly by someone in the past who's lied to her.
So now you've lied to her and hidden something from her which means you lied quite a bit.
In her mind that means you are now also capable of having 8 other girls on the go at the same time as her and that you are probably going to end up cheating on her.
I think if you want to get her back you are going to have to beg, but you may have opened an old wound and there may be nothing you can do about it.

 explain to her that you got back into it and you will quit if she has a problem with it, tell her it wasnt anything that serious you lied to her about and just explain that you like her so much you didnt want to put her off you. she probably is just mad at you lying but she'l come round eventually
