However, his demands began with oral sex and got more extreme, and included watching porn together -I said no to most of these demands and he never managed to ejaculate. He's asked to see me again and I am trying to understand why.

To have a repeat of what happened last time is why he wants to see you again. How dare he or anyone demand you have oral sex or anything else with them. That is not right.
This guy is only out for what he can get from you he does not have any respect for you. Leave him be is your best bet. If he calls don't answer and don't meet him anywhere. Cut all ties to this man. He is only going to serve to bring you down.
There is someone for you that will love and respect you. This man is not him. When you meet the guy that will you will wonder how you ever thought this man was the love of your life. Good Luck!

He obviously wants to have a sexual relationship with you. If you don't, stop returning his calls. Tell him to stop. If you do want to see him, then stop stalling.
