writes: I have been with my b/f for almost a year and a half. Since my parents are against it, we barely see each other outside of school. Recently we were getting angry with each other for various reasons and were thinking about breaking up. I know I love him and even though things are getting a lot better now, I’m just not sure if he loves me the way he did. He says he does, but how do I know for sure? Also, I fear that there could be somebody else in the picture, since a close friend of mine told me he said he had “a girl on the side” for when we broke up. I don’t wanna believe this is true, what should I do?

It sounds like your bf has made up his mind that you are not the one for him, and he is already making plans for who he will be dating after you are gone. Save some of your dignity, and leave him now.
