writes: My self esteem is at an all time low, I have had my heart broken this year (twice) which has dented my confidence even more. I am starting to think it is me and I must be a rubbish person. How do i get over a broken heart and get my self worth back? I have this 'pain' in my chest that will not go away.

 be really nice to everyoneit will make you feel like a really good person and people will like you loads and soon begin praising your perosnality ... being nice is hard but it changed my life and what i thought about myself

 Heart ache is always painful. YOu just need to give yourself time to get over what has happened, and to like yourself again. Don't expect to meet someone else who will nurse it better, as healing comes from within you.
If you don't like you then not only does it make you less likely to find a good relationship, but it means that others can take advantage of you. If you feel really bad why not try counselling? Lots of people find it helpful to talk to someone neutral who can offer an independent opinion on your situation.
