writes:HiI am 11 weeks pregnant and from the end of may i have had the worst cause of morning sickness ever. i have ended up in hospital cause i kept nothing down for more then 24 hours and was very dehydrated. the vomitting has come down alot but i still have this very nauseus feeling every single minute and it won't go away and i've been very thirsty. the only thing i can seem to drink is coke. is this healthy and what can i do for nausea thanks in advance......  Try Ginger beer and nibbling a ginger nut biscuit. I am sorry you are having such a hard time. I'm 5 months pregnant and have used ginger beer and ginger nut biscuits when I have been ill. Also try looking on the web for other methods.
