 need more info sweetie ie have you had sex? have you shaved? are you itchy? although we cannot diagnose you but maybe have advice on what you should do. go to your doctor if you are worried.. hope that helps aphex :)

I cant think of any STD that causes just spots.
As the other aunt previously said, shaving can cause indgrowing hairs which look like spots, they will eventually go once the hair has grown back.
The heat may also be the cause- keep cool, where cotton underwear as much as possible.
An allergic reaction is a likely reason for the spots. Have you used a new shower gel, cleanser down there? Bubble bath is also very irritating to many peoples skin.
