The flirting went to kissing and she even came to my place once. We are both professional about it and it stays out of work but she has a boyfriend (16 month). She is really unhappy in her relationship but due to the surrounding and circle of friends, she is hesitant about leaving him. What should I doPS: She's 23 I'm 36.

 If you love her, you should go for it even if she already has a b/f. In time, she will select the better person as her b/f.

She was at my place this week and told me she loved me. But then comes the week-end and she goes home to him only to come back on Monday and tell me he was a jerk again.
This is not easy I don't know what she's thinking. Every time I ask to see her outside she tells me she wished it was so easy as to say yesthen goes on telling me she can't stop thinking about me.

I'm already too deep into it and now the CFO at work (who noticed) kinda gave me her blessing to go ahead but mentionned she may be too young for me. (This is the President/CEO's sister) I need to know what to do so this happens....

find someone else, cause honestly, if you stay with her long enough, you fall in love and youl have problems cause she wont want to stop talking to her bf/soon to be ex, and itl become and un healthy realationship, but if your just in it for sexual things, then idk what to say.
