A female reader, anonymous, writes (24 January 2009):

I must be one of the lucky ones! Its all about position plus horniness. The more turned on your are the more likely you will make it. Start with lots of foreplay to really get you going, but dont cum! When you are gagging for it, go on top of him and thrust. Gets me that way every time. You do have to concentrate though. Try looking at some porn before and then fantastise while you are thrusting

A male reader, DoubleM United States +, writes (23 January 2009):

DoubleM agony auntVaginal orgasms are more successfully achieved after abundant foreplay that usually includes manual G-spot stimulation along with skillful cunnilingus by a man who knows what he is doing. He can be of almost any age if his life experiences and studies have resulted in such skills, but in my opinion, it takes awhile. Such is reality. Women are of complex sexuality and the simple truth is that few men have any idea about it. Took me a damn long time as well to really know that it was not just "sticking it in."

If all the foreplay and oral stimulation is property administered, which should result in a combined or separate G-spot and clitoral orgasm or two, it seems easier for the woman to follow with an additional "whoopee" or more during penetration. It only makes sense to me, and based on experience, that once a woman is really heated-up and has "tripped the lights fantastic" once or twice, almost any additional sexual activity works because women can be multi-orgasmic.

When all these factors fall into place, it is a wonder to behold.

Unfortunately, the percentage of women who achieve vaginal orgasm alone is reportedly very low. Usually, this is partly due to the fact that the typical sexual encounter with a man only lasts a few minutes, during which most women have barely achieved much more than a tingle. However, women are very adaptable, and despite their partner's shortcomings, many are eventually able to adjust and at least obtain some degree of pleasure during vaginal intercourse. I think that most who can do that are more mature. Some do, and some never really experience the potentials. The only way to help is to suggest that you find your personal "Cassanova."
