Your symptoms could be due to various factors;
For example:
If you had rough sex or was maybe not lubricated enough it can be the cause of discomfort (soreness).
Did you use a condom? Did he ejaculate in you?
It is impossible to pin point the problem, on the information available.
However, you should be okay within a day or two; if it gets worse or the symptoms are still there within a day or two, it could be that you have an infection, due to irritation or once again various reasons;
