Hi I have been independent for a few months now and am finding it hard to find someone. After spending nearly a 2 year relationship with my ex girlfriend I don't really want to get into a serious relationship all I want is for a bit of fun at the moment. I'm not ugly or nothing but everyone seems to have someone. I feel a bit incomptible as well because my ex girlfriend fears me with other girls and will bite my head off if she ever saw me with girls. She would get upset and start "ass licking" me and as a fool I always go back to her, I need some advice on how to handle this please :)

Emilie agony auntHey honey, sounds like you got one serious jealous ex there. Don't let her control you. You sound like a nice guy so you shouldn't feel as if you can't get anyone, you're just looking in the wrong places for single fun loving girls. Do something different for a change, a different hobbie maybe? or go for a well deserved holiday. Fun, laughter and abit of companionship can be found everywhere! {just don't give up hope!} Beware though let the girl know your only in for abit of fun because feelings can become complex and you may get stuck in something unwanted. Good luck and best wishes :) xxx

edsbabygirl agony auntYou can't let your ex girl friend control you. SHe is an ex for a reason. Ex means past! Now leave her there. For your question, don't be shy to ask a girl to the movies or to dinner, ANYTHING! I went out with my ex boyfriend for three years on and off. I lost my virginity to him and he became everything to me.We had absolutely nothing in common. He cheated on me with many girls including his own sister and I broke up with him and started dating his friend. His friend and I have been going out for one year August 16. I have never been so happy. And I don't feel trapped anymore!
