writes:one of my best friends just recently hooked up with a VERY nice boy, who i've known for about 2 years and i really admire as a friend but he doesnt seem to notice me or pay any attention to me, i think im starting to like him, but i feel terrible knowing the cirumstances, i've even been dreaming about him asking me out...i feel like such a boy-crazy teen, because SO MANY girls have a huge crush on him...i'm not sure what my question is here, but i feel an emptiness in my gut...please help, if you can...

 Have you considered that maybe the only reason you notice him now is that he's off limits? He's a nice boy, but there are plenty of other nice boys out there that AREN'T off limits. I've been there and in the end it's not worth the pain and frustration - or the chance of losing a good friend. Good luck!

 Heya, its your friends boyfriend if he was to ask you out what would you say? would you really betray you friend like that? i think you should back off and find somebody else because at the end of the day boys come and go and friends are always there, he obviously likes your friend because otherwise he wouldn't be with her, and you say he doesn't notice you? then sorry babe but he doesn't fancie you
