Also, I think he has a crush on me too, because when my parents signed me up for private fencinng sessions, out of all the people who would be glad to help me, he says he'd like to, and also, when he was going away to go to a fencing tournament and we held a party, for him, he wouldn't stop looking at me. What should I do?

 What you should do depends on what you expect from it.
Speaking about crushes - they last months, not years.
Feelings like this either fade or develop into something else.
Most probably he knows that you have a crush on him - there is no need for you to tell him unless you want him to react.
However, if you really want him to react, then go tell him.
