No only would you be cheating, but you'd be giving your first sexual experience to this other man! When (yes, "when") your boyfriend finds out, he'd be devastated. Relationships don't generally survive that.
If your feelings for this new guy are that strong, then break up with your boyfriend before moving on. If you don't want to leave your boyfriend, then you need to distance yourself from this new guy. You can't have both.
