one of my best friends had the exact problem... im even thinking you could be her... ok anyway she broke up with the current bf and then the cousin and bf had this huge fight so she just decided to let both of them go otherwise she would just make things worse but if you really like this gu then break up with the current one and then tell his cousin to wait about a month then go out with him... otherwise you will hurt both of them badly.
