I had an abortion but fell pregnant again shortly after, is there a chance I could have miscarried?

i had an abortion about five months ago it was noting i ever thought i would do anyways i was feeling confident that i would be able to cope with it but it is so hard even harder when i found out my boyfriends sister is pregnant and during the nine weeks i was prego she never mentioned she was pregnant it gets me so mad, knowing that i had an abortion and she is having her baby. i recently found out i was pregnant again and had all the signs like my first but i have had some bleeding for about five days it was not heavy where the pad was soaked but i would still were one just in case. i had all the symptoms of being pregnant but after the five days of bleeding the symptoms have gone away could i have miscarried? i really hope i didnt and if i did why could i have not waited long enough after the abortion or was it just not in gods plans for me to have one? i would really want someones help!!
