I had a one night thing with a boy who told me he really liked me, then the next day I find out one of my friends likes him and my friends are now all threatening to beat me up as the boy admitted to it.

He told me he really liked me and now he is completely ignoring me, I really like him and I don't know what to do please help!

If you mean a one night thing you had sexual intercourse, then no wonder he is not wanting to have anything to do with you.

You are under the misquided belief that sex makes a guy fall in love with you....it doesn't. If it happens at teh wrong time in a relationship, then he loses respect for you....Your girlfriends see you as a tramp and an easy piece, and perhaps so does he. I am not condoning their behavior by any means, I don't think you deserve mistreatment, but if you don't know how to earn respect or know how to respect yourself, then you need to do some self education, sould searching or seek some counseling on how to best protect yourself from this kind of humiliation.
