If you relax and let yourself get into it then the noises you may or may not make will just naturally happen. You cant force that, that would be faking. Next time you are with him try to not focus on your inhabitions and just concentrate on enjoying what you are feeling and enjoying the closeness with him.

Go to craigslist and check out the personals. Hook up with 40 or 50 random encounters. You will put some experience under your belt, and quite possibly pick up a STD or two. That will make it a win-win situation. Your boyfriend will be impressed and tainted with an STD to keep him stuck to you.
