For example, the other week i had to wear a size 18 dress for a drama production and get it to fit properly and my friend had to do the same and she is exactly the same height as me, and it fit her loads better than it fit me (and she isnt size 18 btw, we are both an 8/10)i dont even know why im sending this really, its like now that my exams are so close, i feel as if i should be a lot older than i am...but im really not, and i dont want to sound really immature, because im not, ive been through i lot lately and its really confusing, so i could do with talking to someone whos been in a simular/uncertain situation themselves.

Your height doesn't matter at all, being small is not a sign of being immature or young. Feeling too young is ok aswell, im sure lots of other people are just as nervous as you are about everything thats happening. you'll be fine.
I can't help you with the dress thing, because i don't know what it means

I no wat ur goin through, I was like that with my GCSE's. I was so scared and felt as if evry1 else was growing up so fast and I was left behind! Exams are very important but they are not as important as I thought they were. I was stressing out 2 much about college, and results and not feeling old enough compared to my friends, but trust me as soon as you have done all of your work, got your exams out of the way and move onto something new, you will grow up an awful lot and you wont know what has happened. You will feel like you've grown up so much and everything will change. I bet you are more grown up than you think, you definitely sound like you are quite mature!!
Hope I have helped=]

hey hon,i think i can understand what you mean... i know these mixed feelings... feeling very young and nevertheless not being totally immature at the same time. i am 19 yrs old and i will graduate next year (i live in germany, we have a different school system here), i am worried about that too because i still feel very young although i have been through a lot in my life. u should not worry about your height :) you can look beautiful at all heights. you will probably grow in the next years anyway. by the way i am 1,77m (sorry i don't know inches) and i sometimes feel strange with my height. it is normal to feel unsure about our bodies in our age. you said "i feel as if i should be a lot older than i am...but im really not" i can relate to you so much. trust me, the fact that you think about yourself, reflect and wrote this shows that you ARE NOT "really immature" AT ALL. it shows you are sensible especially for your age.it is alright to feel the way you feel right now! because you ARE still very young. not immature for your age, but young. you will figure things out. i know it sounds like i am your grandma and i don't know how you feel at all but i am 19 and when i was your age, i sometimes felt so bad... and i thought some things are like this or like this... i thought i was right... but now i know i was totally wrong in some things. and i still learn everyday... i'm still very young myself and i feel just as you feel. we have to learn to believe in ourselves. we can't be kids and then jump to being an adult. being a teenager is really hard! but we gonna figure it out :) and if it's hard sometimes, we learn from it. it's really important to have a supporting family or friends, do u have? what exactly makes you feel the way you're feeling? are you worried about the future / education/ job / love?if you feel like it, personal message me anytime :)take care

Btw i'm a little confused, you said you had to wear a size 18 dress but you're an 8-10? Also why did the dress fit your friend better than you if you're both the same height and size?
As for the exams, don't worry yeah? You can do well if you try. And whatever you look like, it doesn't have any impact on how old you really are :) You may not feel ready, i'm in the same position with my exams being in 2 weeks but it's just one of them things that everyone goes through! xx
