Previously I've had a hard time moving on over the guy I lost my virginity to and I think I doing pretty well. I decided that I wanted him out of my life, and I erased him completely. Last night, he invited me to a party and I said no, and even though he kept on I stood my ground. I felt pretty proud of myself. Lately, I have this feeling of wanting more and I keep questioning is there more out there. I feel kinda lost, and I really dont know what to do. Help, anyone please.

QuirkLady agony auntCongrats on moving on from the ex. It was very strong of you to do what you did, and you should feel proud of yourself. :)

I think the feeling you're having is that you're ready to jump in the dating pool again. You've healed quite a bit from your bad relationship and it's all systems go again. Try going out to other parties, hanging out with other friends and talking to some new people. Volunteer for a cause, go to a book club meeting, go to a softball game and flirt with the guys on the bench, haha. Have some fun and enjoy yourself. There's definitely a lot more out there.

Good luck.
