Hey,

Recently I have been working away and met back up with a guy I met previously before, we got on well and stayed in touch via email. Spending a month together I learned he was quite a moody man, very fickle one day very friendly the next moody withdrawn sometimes not even speaking. I had some upsetting news whilst away and we had a few deep chats and I felt we got quite close and he acted like he cared about me. I honestly think his depressed hence the mood swings and closed personality even his body language sometimes he completely turns away whilst talking to you.

But we departed on good terms and he come to say goodbye when I left. Since I've been back he hasn't been in touch and not even replied to a couple of email I sent which I find to be rude(I know he received them)

Why is he acting like this? I thought we were friends, we live nearby and I dread bumping into him, will he speak to me, ignore me? I'm so confused?

Thank you

tennisstar88 agony auntWhat a strange man! Perhaps he has social anxiety?

With his odd behavior, I doubt he'll give you the time of day if he bumps into you seeing as he wrote off your friendship. The man sounds like he has issues that he needs to deal with on his own. Best to leave it alone, and give him a polite nod if you do see him in public.
