 You are possibly masturbating a bit too much, based on your own admission that you indulge "at least 3 times a day." It tends to diminish your sensitivity. In my experience, which is all I have to offer, I usually quit any such activity when I have a woman in my life - and let her take care of my sexual needs. Works for me. Masturbation is fine when necessary, but a sexual relationship with a willing woman is much better in my opinion.
