A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Im in a relationship that happened very fast. I had just met the guy 3 days before he asked me out. We've been going out for a week and 5 days and he's become very affectionate in public. I don't feel right when Im with him I feel uncomfortable and I like someone else too but I know we can't be together but I don't want to have feelings for someone else while Im with this guy and I don't like him like he likes me. What should I do?

A female reader, anonymous, writes (19 February 2009):

Oh honey cut the guy lose. He doesnt deserve to be led on and think something is giong to come of nothing. It will be easier for him now then if you get more involved. I know it is going to hurt him, but sometimes pain just cant be avoided. Its not fair to either of you to keep going on like you like him as much as he does you. You can both move on and be happier in the end for it.

You need to come clean to him, and tell him how you feel. You'll feel awhole lot better when you do.
