Some nasty people out there isnt there...I dont know the agony aunt who replied to your 1st... but as an ex HR MGR she gave you the best advise, contact ACAS, however, even if you are not totally happy with the person who connects to your call put the phone down and try again...chances are you will get the help you need...Your boss is not able to get away with it...the help is there.

Stop worrying for moment I have an email address for you they deal with cases just like yours, you must inform them of all the events of that are happening to you, and you must inform then of your sickness due stress you are going through, they can advise you better than i can they are called A.C.A.S.

 You are going to have to supply more information. Give some examples of how you are bullied or victimized, and maybe describe what a typical day would be for you that is creating this stress and anxiety.
With that information, I would be much easier to provide advice to what you should do about this situation. Thank you.
