 If you don't enjoy it, don't do it. It's not like breathing.... you don't HAVE to masturbate.
At some point in your life you will find the right "method" that works for you, until then, just relax and don't fret.

As a society, we've gone from demonizing masturbation to the total opposite -- thinking everyone does it and SHOULD do it, and if they don't there's something wrong with them, that they must be repressed or something.
I believe many girls don't enjoy it until they're much older. Their sex drive hasn't "peaked" yet. Others will never enjoy it ever. So relax, you have plenty of time. Don't pressure yourself to do something you don't want to.

 I guess my best advice is to practice, practice, practice and relax about the fact that you aren't having orgasms. The more you put pressure on yourself, the more frustrated you get and the less likely you are to finish at all! When you are first learning to masturbate it's a bit trial and error anyway until you and your body find your groove.
I find the easiest way to orgasm is with a vibrator. That could make things less complicated. Remember to take your dear sweet time, and that it's okay to take breaks - sometimes that makes the end result even more awesome! Good luck, sweet!
