i've been dating my boyfriend for a year at the end of this month.. and we've been through SO much over the last year and we manage to get through any problems we have..

but i feel like he's contantly on my mind.. i cant focus on school, or when im out with my girls, or at work, i just keep thinking about him, but these thoughts are usually like "is he thinking about me?" or "i really wanna see him" and i just want to see him and talk to him and be with him all the time, he makes me feel safe and i just love being with him, but i get the feeling he doesnt feel the same.. i always feel the urge to text him or call him, but im scared he'll get anoyyed of me or think im too clingy. i know im way to dependant on him.. how do i become more independant on myself?

How do you feel about yourself?

What were you like before you met him?

It's natural to want to be with someone that you love.

But, no-one can maintain that task or duty of "making" you happy or "completing" YOU. That's your job.
