So after my recent complain, my boyfriend and I have been trying to work things out, he has been spending sometime with me, but after all that, everything's the same again!!! Now I'm wondering if I should even bother working so hard on it! He started work and now everything's just work and friends! Everytime I ask him if he's meeting me, he comes up with all these useless excuses which I sometimes feel he just makes up to get away from me! I told him that I feel stupid and desperate, everytime I ask him to come see me, then he says "u shouldn't say all that, u know how much u mean to me bla bla bla, u don't seem to understand me at all" but if I do complain, he gets mad and says I do not trust him! He always comes to a conclusion saying "I will make it up to u", this has been going on for too long now and how many times can I keep forgiving him?? What should I do, I can't seem to have the thought of breaking up with him, how do I make him understand that this relationship means a lot to me, and how do I get him to understand how I feel!!! :( :(

prettypenny agony auntIf you have to force someone to spend time with you then they don't want to spend time with you. It's as simple as that. He is taking you for granted. I know it's hard but the best wake-up call is just to stop contacting him and get on with your life. You're probably putting ALL the effort into the relationship anyways. The funny thing is that once he starts to suspect you're really gone, he may come running back to you. Be prepared.
