reader, anonymous, writes (26 February 2012): Trust me, I know EXACTLY how you feel, I've been through it, I told my closest mates how much I liked him and all but was too scared to ask him out, but they gave me their support and I gathered my courage and went for it! You should do the same, don't be scared of his mates, even I thought his mates will tease me about getting rejected and all but they didn't so you shouldn't be afraid, and if his mates aren't really nice then just ignore them, before asking him out first get to know him and talk often. Try to talk to him and get to know him better. Before you ask him out. at (13-15 years old) his friends will probably be an influence on his decision. If you know him and get to know him better hopefully he can think for him self.
Just get to know him before you ask him out. who knows maybe he will ask you.. also when you talk to him laugh at dum jokes, smile be yourself. But guys like that. Good luck!
