 It's understandable to be scared. Don't worry.
People are right when they say it comes natural - not when they say 'you should know what to do'.
When this bloke snogged you, or tried to - I imagine the experience was over very quickly as you felt very vulnerable to embarassment.
When you next do it, relax yourself. The other person will know most likely what to do, and when they start to move their lips against yours - you just reciprocate slowly and gently. It's quite easy once you get started.
