 One thing to note is that you have not stopped growing yet, so expect a bit more in the package by the time you finish your teens. Dont neccessarily go on body size tho when comparing yourself to these other guys - it does not necessarily corrospond with penis size.
Make sure you please her in other ways first and she is not likely to care too much about what your packing anyway, ..that said tho, 4" used well in intercourse and along with good foreplay is not going to have girls running away from you by any means.

The vagina is only about 3-4 inches deep...the only reason it can accomadate bigger penises is because it CAN stetch.
Your penis should cover her full length perfectly dont worry about it. If you are still a little worried you could do a number of things.
1. Have really good foreplay so she'll enjoy it no matter what.
2. Try a type of condom that will enhance sensitivity for her, maybe durex pleasuremax, ribbed or dotted.
3. Mix sex up with foreplay and use you hand on her clitoris whilst going.
