Yes the age diffrence is too much, your a teenager and she hasn't even hit that yet, if my 13yr old sister dated a 15yr old I would have to question him as when I was 15, I knew no one that would ever date an 12yr old!

Just try to take things kind of slow with her. Remember she might be new to dating (and she's new to teenage years) so some things will be hard for her to do.
