Talk to him, see how he feels about you. If you both feel the same, ask him out and see what happens from there. But i suggest you dont rush into anything therfore your only 13 and got years ahead of you for boyfriends. Also, be sure you both no eachother well.

At your age you really shouldnt be worring about things like this, just have fun with your friends, there will be plenty of time for guy later down the line. You really shouldnt be worring about getting to involved with anyone just hang out and have fun.

First of all this depends on what age the guy is as you dont say i´m presuming he´s the same age as you.
I also had this problem when I was around your age.
What I suggest you do is.
*Tell him how you feel
*If he feels the same do something about it, try asking him out to the cinema but make it clear you want to go as more than friends!
