reader, anonymous, writes (29 March 2008): This might be a late answer, but I am having the same problem but he and I aren't friends, he barely talks to me. anyways, I noticed he looks at me a lot and they say that could mean he likes you. Also, if he acts different around you than with other girls, like if he talks more/less. if he acts nervous around you he could also like you. hope it helps!

Or if he makes an attempt to innitiate a conversation, this can sometimes be a sign to let you know he's interested in you. Really, it's hard for me to say, because it just depends on the situation, but these are just general cliches.
