 Alot depends on where you are asking her out. Like you would have a different approach to chatting a girl up in a pub or a club, to say a supermarket, or libruary or something.
I think that the most important thing is don't try to be something your not, because you have got to continue being that way for most of the time. The key is just be pleasant, polite, and just be yourself, and no corney chat up lines.
