Tell her how totally "hot" she looks wearing them and persuade her to wear them 24/7. If she decides she likes the sensations and the look she will make the decision to have her nipples pierced on her own.

No, I wouldn't get my nipples pierced, nor would I pressure her, but we've tossed around the idea of my getting a tattoo for a couple of years. I'd say that's more of a commitment than a pierced nipple.

You say "hers" does this mean both of them or just one? I think piercings are something that are very much down to the personal taste, and while someone may be ok with having their ears or nose pierced (ie conventional) the majority of women probably would baulk at the the idea of having their nipples pierced.
This should be totally her decision, and you must not pressure her in any way. She must "want" it as much as you do, and for the right reasons, not just to please you.
Would you be prepared to have it done to yourself?
