YummyMummy agony auntThere is no specific time. Obviously if he is moping about and pining after the other girl I would say now would be a bad time. But if he seems to be moving on in his life I would say make a play before someone else does :D

Difficult to say without more information. As you are young, I assume he is too. Therefore I am also assuming that he isn’t completely devastated by the break-up – big assumption I know. If he looks generally cheerful, then do it straight away – your being interested will be just the thing to cheer him up. If you know that he is very upset though, leave it for a while.
