the truth is always better than a lie..Think of it what if you lied and she found out later?!!! she won't ever trust you again..
So try your best to be honest and if you have done something you regret, your confession should include your regrets and that it won't happen again(and be completely aware of not doing it again she might forgive you once but if you repeat it she won't repeat her forgiveness)!!

 Completely honest. You shouldnt have done anything that would hurt her anyway, so you need to live with the consequences and be honest.
