You provide very little information here, but do you provide oral sex for your girlfriend? If so, do you do it extremely well? Does she orgasm one or more times? If you do not provide clitoral stimulation orally, you could learn how and apply appropriately, then she may be much more likely to return favors with improved techniques.

 Well, you should be able to talk about sex and what you would like to feel. She obviously wants to please you, just doesn't know how! Don't tell her she's rubbish at it, but do say what you would like her to do and what you would like to feel.
If she just won't take any kind of comment, just don't let her give you oral!
If you keep redirecting her every time she trys to give you oral sex, she'll understand something is wrong and will want to talk about it.
It might be worth considering that giving oral isn't everyone's cup of tea. She might not do it properly because she really doesn't enjoy it, in which case you could find other ways of having fun!
