As a guy, I swear, no girl has actually gone further than a smile and eye contact... I always told myself the girl that actually has the confidence to come up to me and tell me that she likes me I would seriously consider her as marriage material! So don't feel awkward because he will most likely truly love and admire you, especially your self-confidence. Also, don't count on others to tell him you like him, do it yourself.
