How do you cope with long-distance relationships?

Im in a relationship with my boyfreind and it is long distance..I see him every weekedn and it is fine and we are happy..But has anyone got any advise on what some things i can do to make it a bit easier when you miss them like crazy? we have been going out for nearly 5 months now. I sometimes get preaty upset when i think about been apart but we are both determind to make it work...As i belive he is a good boyfreind and i adore him ;-) Also can anoyone tell me about there experiences with long distance relationships? Thankyou xx

Aww..bless..if its any consolation i've been in a long distane relationship for nearly 4 years and he lives abroad we see eachother every few months.

Texting and a web cam is a great idea for those lonley evenings.

Well I have a bf in the army so he lives across the country and i on ly get to see him about six weeks a year. So Iam with you that it sucks. And sometimes it gets really hard, but you just have to make sure you talk. And it hekos alot to send random things to each other letters pictures anything helps. You just need to make sure you talk alot when you don'tget to see each other and that sohould make things a little more tolerable. But pics really help just keep one by your bed at night and it will remind you how much you love him
