A female , anonymous writes:

hi, i need help of how to get back with my ex.

i was going out with this guy Ben but we split up 3 weeks ago, the day before i went away for 2 weeks.

basically, it was the summer holidays so planned all his sport stuff so he wouldnt get bored... then he got with me! once he had made a commitment to the teams, as captain he couldnt drop out. he said he didnt feel that he would be able to handle going out with me and not seeing me as much as he would like to.

we split up the day before i went on holiday for 2 weeks. the night i went Ben got really drunk, more drunk than he's been in a very long time. thats when he told his best mate that he still really really liked me.

we said we would stay mates so i was pleased about that because i still really liked him. i've been back a week now and in the last 3 days or so, we have been really close again... as close as we were just before we got together. i really like him still and miss not being with him so much. he is all i think about, even if it's only as mates but i just want to get back together with him.

he hasn't got as much sport on now because of different match fixings and stuff and keeps asking me to come out and to text him when i am free, something i haven't done yet as i have been busy with other plans.

i think he might want me back but i'm not sure, and how do i drop subtle hints that i want him back?

any advice would be welcome as i miss him so much.

thanks, Clare xxxxx

I don't mean to be a spoil to your dreams but if he has the time now and all he can do is want you to text him or to come out then i think he really wants you as a friend. If he wanted you back he would tell you that or even show you.Loving someone is great but not having their love is sad.Ithink he really wanted to break up with you and it wasn't time management.
