A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I've been talking to this lad online(from school)for years now, we talk everynight and have alot in common. He went to my old school, so i know him pretty well. The other night he asked me if we wanted to meet up somewhere(just us two), but i'm nervous because were not actually going out yet.

i'm confused as to firstly; where we should go, and secondly how do i talk to him? like, as a mate or just generally? I've never actually met up with a boy before, he's really lovely and just as nervous as i am. I just don't want things to get akward and mess everything up?

Any advice?or suggestions?

thankyou x

Is this for a date? Or just as friends?

Either way - just act yourself. You'll know when you see him how you want to talk, how you want act, whereyou want to go....etc! Just relax and enjoy yourself! Smile and talk about things that you both are interested in.

Where does he want to go? Ask him - and if he doesn't mind just suggest a place that you go with your friends.

Good luck with the whole thing! x x x
