Just tell her that you and that guy are going out now and that you are sorry, you hope she understands and if she is your best friend then she should accept it and understand and if not, that's her problem you know? Just try to talk to her about it in a good manner. She'll find someone that will like her the same sooner or later and then the whole thing will be forgotten. :) But you do have to remember that real friends will always be there for you no matter what and guys come and go except for "that one guy" so you just have to consider that yourself.
