Honey that depends on what mistakes you have made! You didn't specify what you had done. They say actions speak louder than words and that is very true! Take that into consideration. You should sit down and have a face to face heart to heart! He needs to tell you what he would like you to do to prove that this is what you want! Not to sound like he is GOD or anything but you admit you did wrong so if you want it to progress honey its on you to fix what you had done to hurt him just the same its on him to fix what he did to hurt you! You are human and we all make mistakes we learn from them and we eventually learn to control what we do a little better! I hope things work out for both of you just pray its not too late to make things right! Good luck... If you ever need to talk we are all here!

you say:

"I'm done making mistakes. I know I won't do [insert mistake here] again because [insert reason that you know it won't happen again] and I want to get married."

However, if you have made mistakes, you might want to sort the relationship out on the basic level first before jumping further in.

It's like saying "I'm done trying to swim without lessons, I'm going to organise some lessons next week but for now lets head to the deep end!"

Good Luck!! xx
