I have not felt fear in a long time, and am ashamed that a girl is getting me to feel like this. I think you are looking for help in the wrong place. You refer to yourself as a sociophobe, if this is true then you should be seeking professionaly help, not every day people on here. Talking to a trained professioanl will get you to the place you want to go...much more benifical then us on here. So yes my advice is go and talk to a pro, because anything we say on here about how to talk to a girl probably wont help because you need to address your phobia first. Hope you get it sortef :)
