He usually comes home, showers and leaves, I usually love when I get attention so when he just passes by me I get nervous and that turned into having a huge crush on him out of nowhere. did I mention he is Gorgeous!!! and he is also a bad boy which I love even more. I think about him all day and night even when I'm with my husband. I can't control don't know what to do! I love my husband and kids I know I would never do anything cause I'm not that dumb but how do I stop this crazy crush or fantasy whatever u want to call it??????

chita22 is verified as being by the original poster of the question Thanks big russ that is good advise I wlill start thinking about everything that turns me off but it is gonna take a lot of work cause it took 2 yrs to develope this crush. I think this is the craziest thing that has ever happened to me I never thought this would happen to me. I realy realy get geeked if he even looks @ me I know that's wierd but he blows my mind I've never felt that before not even w/my husband.

you need to some how change the 'Tag' you have for him, so rather than being the "ultimate sex god" to being a bad taste, an image that makes you feel sick, a thought that makes him repugnant to you.
Basically its self brain washing, very simple to do. get a picture of him and every day look at him and think of him as not the sex god but as flop, small, incapable, a joke (what ever turns you off and I mean really turns you off!)
Repeat this as much as possible but you have to force yourself to actually feel that way about him when you look at his picture. It may take a while but it dose work. I've done the reverse when seeing a few girls in the past that have something about them that I just cannot stand lol.
I think the only issue you will have is if the attraction is chemical, then it will be a lot harder, but your mind can always over rule your sex drive.
