A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

OK, I know this guys, he's like four years older than me. He's been in my life forever. He's can be immature and then he's so determined on some things. He gets so focused on school and work, and I just can't stop thinking about him. I know it's not healthy to do this but he's always in my mind. And I know it's childish and immature of me, but how can I STOP thinking about him?!?! I dream about him and think about him when my mind dazes off in school.

I can go on for hours, but i won't. When i'm near him I come off as mean and I act like I don't like him, but inside I WANT TO GRAB HIM AND KISS THE CRAP OUT OF HIM! God, you have NOOOO idea! Just someone PLLEEEASSSE help me to stop thinking about him. PLEASE1!!

Hey!

I sense a great deal of immaturity here which is okay. I do not mean any disrespect. Ask yourself why you like him? What qualities do you like about him? How does his personality fit with yours? To stop thinking about him you should make a decision on how to handle the situation. I think your emotions are in a bind right now and this is causing some problems. Have you asked this guy out? Figure out your intentions with him and plan from there. Good luck.
