Is there anyway I can just make my cheeks smaller, or just make them look smaller? Pulling my hair back helps but I like wearing my hair down too. Any advice would be greatly appricated. although appearances shouldn't matter, if it really does disturb you could probably put makeup on a certain way to highlight them differently...if you have a sephora near you, or any of those little department store makeup booths, go up to them and ask them what they reccommend

At your age, you are still changing. You can't see it because you are focusing on what you don't like when you look in the mirror. Remember that everyone else that sees you, however, is looking at the whole picture. Clean, healthy people with bright eyes and sincere smiles are beautiful and most people are attracted to them. The ones that aren't are probably downers anyway, and are a drag to be around.
So ... stop looking at your cheeks, Missy! Look other people in the eye and give a big smile. =) You're going to look different in a few months anyway ...
