If you want to be horrible and immature to someone then you just do it, ignore them.
It's not hard.
If you want to be a nice person and act like an adult then you don't play these stupid games and make drama. You just get on with your life and let them get on with theirs.

Please give more information so we can try to provide you with the advice you seek. There are no general rules on how to be rude, it depends on why you want to hurt somebody this way.

 You sound like a right charmer!!! Why would anyone deserve to be snubbed? I think this is sheer ignorance, cos I am sure you wouldn't like it done to you.
Treat people as you want to be treated, with R-E-S-P-E-C-T, otherwise you will find people will resent you if you act all aloof and snobby.
