 I can tell you what i do and it's been fairly effective. Women don't seem to mind clinical descriptions so you want it you got it. there are few things that I can say with knowledge about on this topic. that typically women around 18-25 do not necessarily have orgasms at all. typically as a woman becomes a little older than 25 will she achieve orgasms. yes there are exceptions to this.
to the best of my knowledge, the best way to deliver an orgasm would be to give her oral sex. tongue and fingers would work. and g1605 is correct not many women get orgasms from penetration. they're anatomy is a lot different than a male's anatomy.

At the risk of stepping into a woman's domain, most woman can't come by penetration alone. From a man's perspective it's a little weird but most woman don't get porn so there you go.
